Members of IPS can get the journal on payment of Rs 5.00 per copy. Within India the issues are despatched by ordinary surface mail and to members (who have paid the membership fee in USD) in foreign countries by airmail.
Those who paid fees in Indian rupees but currently living abroad have two options : (a) They can continue receiving the journal at any address of their choice in India without paying extra charges. (b) They will have to pay US$
25/= every year to receive the journal in the country of residence.
